Winston Cup Museum Chase Winter Series Winston Cup Museum Cup Winter Series Forth Annual Simcar.Info Indy 300 Winston Cup Museum Chase Series Winston Cup Museum Chase Winter Series
The Winter Winston Cup Museum Series will be 8 races from December 2nd thru February 10th. This is a support series for our Cup Series, all members are invited to race in this series. This Series runs fixed setup, constant weather (70 degrees, clear and no wind) and drivers can use driving aids, although not recommended. This Series is designed to prepare drivers for our Wednesday night Cup Series.
This series will race on Tuesday nights; the server will be started at about 6:00 PM Pacific time, Qualifying at 6:30 PM the race follows a 10 minutes Happy Hour.
This series is open to all members.
All races will be: Tuesdays (see Calendar), Qualifying at 6:30pm Pacific Time 30% Length 2x Pit Frequency Fixed Fast setup Moderate Damage Cautions on (Cautions will be off at road courses) Weather clear 70, no wind No Forced View Driving Aids may be used
We will use the NASCAR point system. Your 6 best out of 8 races will be scored.
Rules for this series: In addition to the basic Simcar.Info rules, the rules for this event can be found here. Where different the rules for this series will prevail. We may limit the number of participants to this series, at Simcar.Info's discretion.
If you would like to reserve a spot and your car number, you must let me know. Send an email with the event(s) you would like to run in and your car number. Car numbers are first come first serve. Drivers currently running will be given priority.
The review committee may use any combination of event rules and the Simcar.Info rules to penalize a driver for overaggressive driving or unsportsmanlike conduct.

The 4th Annual Simcar.Info 300 Mile Indianapolis Open Wheel Race May 24th.
All participants must sign up for this event and attend at least one practice/qualifying race before the event. To participate in this event you must sign-up by May 16th.
Please do not sign up for this event unless you can attend at least one practice/qualifying race and the May 24th event.
This year we will be using the Simcar Open Wheel mod. This mod is based on the Cup physics and allows for more realistic speeds at Indy. You will receive all that you need by email after you sign-up.
We may limit the number of participants for this event at Simcars.Info's discretion. We are shooting for a field of 15 cars. We may accept more entries than we have spots for. Drivers not guaranteed a starting spot will have to qualify for it.
Drivers with a guaranteed spot (you will still need to signup and attend at least one practice/qualifying race) for the event:

To Run the Indy 300 you will need to download and install the Simcar OW Mod. I will send you a link to the file after you sign-up. The down load will include the track and most of our cars.
The main event will be held Saturday May 24th, 2008. The server will be started for practice at 11:30 am Pacific time. Qualifying at 12:45 pm Pacific time with a 10 minute Happy Hour.
Practice/Qualifying races will be held on various days in May, others may be added as needed. Check the Practice Schedule for days and times for that week. You can check the Calendar for all practice/qualifying race dates.
The race will be:
120 Laps - 300 Miles Fixed Fast setup Moderate damage Hard core - no driving aids allowed, you may use any driving view. Cautions on Weather clear and 45
There will be no bonus points for leading a lap or leading the most laps in this race.
Simcar.Info rules will apply. Event specific rules may be added if needed. Any changes will be included in the drivers meeting email before the event.

This is a 12 event Truck Series that will run from February 24th through November 23rd. The series will run one to two races each month, you can see the date of events on our Calendar Page. All members are invited to race in this series. This Series runs fixed setup, constant weather (70 degrees, clear and no wind) and drivers can use driving aids, although not recommended.
This series will race on Sunday nights, check the Calendar or Practice Schedule page for dates; the server will be started at about 6:00 PM Pacific time, Qualifying at 6:30 PM the race follows a 5 minutes Happy Hour. You will need the CTS Truck mod to run this series you can get it here. You will also need to download some of the tracks you can find them here.
This series is open to all members.
